PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from the Postgraduate Program of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (USP) (2014) - Doctoral fellowship abroad (SWE) at the University of Kent-Canterbury (England) (2014).
Master's Degree in Built Environment and Sustainable Heritage, by the Multidisciplinary Master's Degree Built Environment and Sustainable Heritage - MACPS, Federal University of Minas Gerais (2010). In 2009-2010 he participated in the Coimbra Group Scholarships Program for Young Professors and Researchers from Latin American Universities, doing a part of the master's research at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen (Germany).
Postgraduate in Sanitary Engineering and Environment (Concentration Area: Environment), by the Department of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering - DESA, of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2009), and postgraduate in Occupational Safety Engineering by Pitágoras Faculties (2013).
BA in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2007), with a sandwich degree at the Fachhochschule Lippe und Höxter / Germany (2006-2007), and BA in Phonoaudiology - Integrated Methodist Schools Izabela Hendrix (2000).
