SUMMARY:

The dynamics and experiential games address analogous situations of everyday work, and are presented as procedures that can contribute to the change of behavior and formation of individuals, through training sessions and professional development. They also include a survey of the needs of the business organization in search of solutions and development of the individual's creative potential. In this way, the present work aims to analyze the contributions that the analog used in group dynamics practices and experiential games offers to enhance the professional training of students of the Technologist in Human Resources course. In order to achieve the proposed objective, five steps were traced: (1st) survey on the e-MEC website about the Technologist courses in Human Resources offered by the Colleges/Universities in the state of Minas Gerais; (2nd) verify on the website of the Educational Institutions that offer the Technologist in Human Resources course, if they make available online the PPC that contain the discipline of Dynamics and Experiential Games and/or equivalent in their curriculum; (3rd) selection of the basic bibliography commonly used by Educational Institutions for the discipline of Dynamics and Experiential Games and/or equivalent; (4th) identification of the analogies present in the dynamics/experiential games selected; (5th) analysis of the analogies identified in the dynamics/experiential games selected through the Teaching Methodology with Analogies (MECA). In summary, through the results obtained, it was possible to show that the analogies present in the practices of dynamics and experiential games can contribute to the professional training of Technologists in Human Resources, by providing similar situations in the organizational environment. In addition, the analogies when used in group dynamics/experiential games provide the development of skills and competences required in organizations, and the data indicate that MECA favors learning in training and professional development situations.
