FOR A MINOR EDITION: becoming a moth for a QUIXOTE+DO
Minor edition; Deleuze and Guattarri; Editorial Criticism; Bibliodiversity; Agencies
This text is a critique and a self-critique of an editorial praxis. The result of an experiment by a publisher to come, from an attempt to decentralize editorial studies. With the philosophy of Deleuze and Guattari, we look at the Minas Gerais publisher Quixote+Do, in a movement of transvaluation. going through Deleuzeguattarian concepts such as rhizome, agency, becoming and Body without Organs (BwO) and others, approaching a daily life of a publishing house to elaborate, at the same time, a notion of minor editing. A deterritorializing effort that accentuates some current problems in the world of books, bookstores and publishing by also speaking of a process of contemporary subjectivation.
