EXPLORING THE ACTIVE GAMIFICATION METHODOLOGY FROM A FREIREAN PERSPECTIVE: a glance at the culture of silence in literacy
Active methodologies; literacy process; literacy; DIPAC; culture-of-silence.
This work aims to analyze how the literacy process occurs in the early years of basic education, through active methodologies and the analysis of DIPAC (Complex Adaptive Pedagogical Interactional Dynamics) in opposition to the culture of silence, addressed by Freire in his works, in a class of fundamental I, of basic education of the state network of Belo Horizonte. In Brazil much has been discussed about the concept of literacy and literacy, according to Soares, and whether through active methodologies it would be possible to conceive an effective process of literacy in basic education in the public network of Brazilian schools. In this sense, the question arises that predicts whether it would be possible to mitigate the culture of silence in the literacy process. Thinking about the literacy process, it is clear that it is a complex system, and the proposal addressed here is to understand how the culture of silence acts silently in the literacy process and how the teacher sees his teaching practice, considering himself a mediator or transmitter of knowledge in the classroom. The purpose of this work is to produce a material that dialogues with teachers who are on the floor of the classroom and need to alphabetize their students, who are in basic education of the public network of Brazilian schools. As a result, it is expected that through this work it will be possible to point out the gaps in the literacy process for a possible social transformation in the process of literacy, reducing the maintenance of the culture of silence in the classrooms of the public network of Brazilian schools. Thus, it is concluded that it is necessary to think and look critically at literacy, so that it is effective in its productive entanglements of reflections in the moments of class, both on the part of the teacher and by his students.
