SUMMARY:

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to transformations in various sectors, especially in the educational field, requiring adaptations of strategies in the digital environment, highlighting both the potential and limitations of technological education. At the same time, this context highlighted practices that encouraged digital literacy and its importance in pedagogical processes, generating questions and reflections that guided the development of this research. Thus, this study, beyond the pedagogical aspects related to digital literacy, seeks to understand how the practices that permeate it can contribute to the social inclusion of young apprentices in situations of social vulnerability, enrolled in the social learning program of the organization Rede Cidadã. The research's overall objective is to analyze how digital literacy practices developed in this professional education space contribute to citizenship development and social inclusion. Based on a qualitative approach and practical observation during and after the pandemic, the study identifies the strategies used, the challenges faced, and the impacts generated on the apprentices' educational process. It is understood that strengthening digital literacy practices in this context promotes not only access to knowledge, but also greater social participation, promoting social inclusion.
