SUMMARY:

Therefore, the questions projected for this study will be: do health professionals working in a federal educational institution make themselves as a team? 2. Do professionals develop their actions interrelating to achieve full service to the target audience? The general objective to be achieved is to Optimize the actions of the Multiprofessional Health Team in serving the academic community of Technological Professional Education. To achieve this goal, action research will be used as a research strategy and having two main authors as a reference - Michel Thiollent (1986, 2011) and Rene Barbier (2004, 2005). , Nurse, Dentist, Doctor, Nutritionist and Psychologist occupying effective positions at the Federal Institute of Education of Minas Gerais (IFMG) on the Bambui campus. As the main instrument for data collection, observation and questionnaires will be used structured by the Likert scale.After the study of the results obtained, an electronic platform (product) will be formatted for the insertion of the user's attendance data in electronic medical records. This time, it is expected to contribute to the optimization of data storage in a confidential and in the exchange of patient / user information between members of the health team.
