SUMMARY:

The concept of contemporary health is not just the absence of disease but the biopsychosocial wellbeing of a person. (WHO, 2020 In the process of transforming the care model, interdisciplinary teamwork, going beyond individualized care focused on the disease, can be highlighted as progress in health care, aiming to positively modify the biomedical model of health care. The concept of Multiprofessional Health Team (EMS) is the basis of this research, we sought definitions that could collaborate with this investigation. Based on the listed problem, this study has as general objective to seek to understand the role of the Multiprofessional Health Team in RFEPCT, from the perceptions and experiences at the IFMG, Bambuí campus, with regard to the work performed by each of the members, with a view to improving the services provided and as specific objectives: a) Understand the role of EMS in the RFEPCT from the historical survey, the legal frameworks of its institutionalization and the review of theoretical-bibliographic contributions of authors who devoted themselves to the topic addressed) Characterize the EMS of the IFMG with a view to identifying its organization in the multicampi context of the institution, as well as identifying the attributions and describing the tasks performed by the members of the team of the IFMG campus Bambuí unit) Identifying aspects positive and negative existing within the scope of EMS - Campus Bambuí, aiming at recognizing the strengths of the local team, as well as issues that need attention and improvement) Format the educational product "Electronic Medical Records Platform", aimed at optimizing the work of EMS and improvement of services provided at the IFMG. To achieve these goals, action research will be used as a research strategy and having as methodological framework two main authors -Michel Thiollent( 1986, 2011) and David Tripp( 2001). Nurse, Dentist, Physician, Nutritionist and Psychologist occupying effective positions at the Federal Institute of Education of Minas Gerais (IFMG) campus Bambui. Observation and structured questionnaires will be used as the main instrument for data collection. by the Likert scale. After the study of the results obtained, an electronic platform (product) will be formatted for the insertion of user care data in electronic medical records.This time, it is expected to contribute to the optimization of data storage in a confidential manner and in the exchange of patient/user information between members of the health team.
