ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE DEAF ON THE PORTAL AND OFFICIAL SITES OF THE FEDERAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF MINAS GERAIS FROM e-MAG 3.1

Digital communication accessibility in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), subtitling and easy-to-understand vocabulary are means of assimilating the content made available on digital platforms. Based on the context presented, this research aims to analyze how accessibility for deaf people, who use Brazilian Sign Language - Libras, has been achieved on the portal and official sites of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Minas Gerais - IFMG, based on the guidelines of the Electronic Government Accessibility Model - eMAG version 3.1, in order to use the data collected to create a video tutorial for people responsible for implementing these processes. As such, this work, using a qualitative approach, will make use of a case study. Initially, it will use bibliographical and documentary research and then carry out field research using an instrument that enables the systematic organization of grouped responses, based on the parameters proposed in the data collection form. In this sense, the data collected and systematized will be presented, listing how accessibility for deaf and/or hard-of-hearing people has been taking place on the IFMG portal and official websites. Once these stages have been completed, we will then move on to the preparation, implementation, application and evaluation of the Video Tutorial Educational Product.
