From texto to scene: an intermidia study of A hora da estrela ou O canto de Macabéa
Clarice Lispector, Interates, Image, Language
The present study intends to carry out a reading of the adaptation of the literary text A Hora da Estrela, by Clarice Lispector, to the musical A Hora da Estrela or O Canto de Macabea, in the light of studies on the relationship between art and intermediality, by Muller (2012) , with the expectation that new issues of language and fictional traits by the author will be revealed that allow us to update both the social criticism contained in the work, having as a theoretical basis for this political criticism the idea of the resistance of fireflies in the face of neo-fascism, elaborated by the French Didi-Huberman (2011), as well as the presence of the author herself on the scene through the protagonist Macabea.
