This research is linked to line III - Language, Teaching, Learning and Technology and aims to reflect on the formation of the literary reader in basic education through teaching projects. In essence, it aims to reflect of the application of a project of reading and producing aldravias entitled Aldravilhando, implemented in a public school in Santa Bárbara-MG. Aldravias are synthetic poems, with only six words and each one of them is a verse. They dispense the rhymes, graphic punctuation and metrics, and make use of metonymies and the focus on discourse in the construction of meanings, providing portions of everyday situations, so that the reader, from there, builds his own meaning. The underlying hypothesis of this research is that the pedagogical mediation through the aldravias can contribute substantially to the formation of the literary reader. We propose the construction of a theoretical-methodological framework that allows us to understand the importance of literature and literacy for the formation of the reader. In order to carry out this study, first, a bibliographic review will be carried out, with a view to drawing an overview of research carried out in the field of literacy and studies about aldravias. Then, we sought to reflect on these themes in the light of authors such as Candido (1995), Barthes (1995, 1996, 2003), Soares (2002, 2004, 2006, 2009), Cosson (2011, 2018, 2019), Leal (2013) and Donadon-Leal (2001, 2002, 2003, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2018). The research methodology used is of a qualitative nature, based on the analysis of the steps developed during the pedagogical project, mainly in the didactic sequences, didactic-pedagogical resources and results and publications achieved with it. Researches with this approach are justified because little we know about the use of aldravias in the reader formation environment and, in addition, throughout the study, we realized the importance of the humanization process and the formation of the literary reader. The results to be achieved indicate the cataloging of data from the Aldravilhando Project and the analysis if there was and what were the contributions of this pedagogical practice to the realization of literacy in basic education students of a municipal public school.
