SUMMARY:

This work seeks to present how the emergence of the internet, and its natural popularization,
has become one of the most important cultural phenomena of today. Communication was
mainly impacted, since the action of the internet in its most diverse forms directly transformed
human relationships, human behavior was greatly affected by the creation of this
technological apparatus. In this context of social use of internet spaces, both blogs and
technodiscourses take on a multitude of functions. With regard to the social function
attributed to blogs, there are studies in communication and AD that identify this digital genre

as a possible instrument of empowerment and social activist mobilization. In addition, blogs
also act to build the identity of individuals, allowing them to produce biographical records
that, in addition to projecting the visibility of minorities, also create conditions to give voice
and evidence to individuals who somehow feel marginalized. We will also emphasize studies
on the use of technodiscourses in electronic information media. Its growth and its interactivity
in the media spheres makes this interface very important, since technodiscourse is a support
that aims to facilitate communication between people, with its simple and efficient form,
mainly due to its dialogic character and content control, thus increasing, the degree of
engagement of the interlocutors in interactions. By using the online space, the subject changes
his way of acting in relation to the world, starting to occur mediated by technology.
